Data stored on your device
This information stays on your device. Rate My Heart has no developer account system, cloud sync, advertising, analytics, tracking, or HealthKit access.
- Profile name and optional birth year, height, and weight
- Pulse estimates, signal-quality result, time, context, and notes
- Manual cuff readings, time, context, and notes
- Reminder, onboarding, and display preferences
Camera processing
Camera frames are processed temporarily during a pulse check. Raw frames are not stored, exported, uploaded, or sent to the developer.
Export and sharing
CSV export happens only when you request it. The file leaves the app only through the iOS share sheet and the destination you select. The developer does not receive a copy.
Retention and deletion
Local information remains until you delete an entry, delete a profile, use Delete All Data, or delete the app. These controls are available inside Rate My Heart Settings.
Permissions
- Camera access is used only for a pulse-estimation session.
- Notification access is used only for an optional local daily reminder.
